Weekly Updates - Pipeline moves fast. Update every Monday morning and Friday afternoon.

Pre-Update Checklist

Before You Start

  • [ ] Review customer success metrics

Update Process

1. Beta Testing Plan (beta-testing-plan.md)

  • [ ] User recruitment on track (target: 50+ testers)?
  • [ ] Feedback loop cadence maintained (weekly)?
  • [ ] Key metrics being tracked (activation, retention, NPS)?
  • [ ] Test coverage adequate across use cases?
  • [ ] Issues being prioritized and addressed?

2. LOI Pipeline (loi-pipeline.md)

  • [ ] Pipeline status updated (new/negotiating/LOI-signed/rejected)?
  • [ ] Follow-ups scheduled for active prospects?
  • [ ] Proposal templates current?
  • [ ] Negotiation status tracked?
  • [ ] Conversion rates improving?

3. Partner Onboarding (partner-onboarding.md)

  • [ ] Integration timelines on track?
  • [ ] Technical requirements documented?
  • [ ] Co-marketing materials prepared?
  • [ ] Partnership terms agreed?
  • [ ] Launch dates confirmed?

4. Customer Success (customer-success.md)

  • [ ] Activation rates meeting targets?

Weekly Beta Metrics

Track and update: - [ ] Total beta users (cumulative) - [ ] Active users (used in past 7 days) - [ ] Activation rate (completed onboarding + first key action) - [ ] Weekly retention (users active in consecutive weeks) - [ ] Net Promoter Score (NPS) - [ ] Key feature adoption rates - [ ] Support ticket volume and resolution time

Partner Pipeline Tracking

For each prospect: - [ ] Current stage in pipeline - [ ] Next action and owner - [ ] Expected close date - [ ] Potential deal value - [ ] Integration complexity - [ ] Decision maker identified

Beta User Segmentation

Track feedback by segment: - [ ] Individual developers - [ ] Small teams (2-10 developers) - [ ] Enterprise developers - [ ] Cloud providers - [ ] Integration partners

Feedback Loop Process

  • [ ] Weekly user interviews scheduled (3-5 users)

Red Flags

⚠️ If you notice: - Beta user activation rate <40% - Weekly retention declining - NPS below 30 - LOI pipeline stagnating - Partners missing integration deadlines - Support ticket backlog growing

Time Budget

Monday update: 1 hour (pipeline review, planning) Friday update: 1 hour (week wrap-up, metrics) Weekly user interviews: 2-3 hours (5 users x 30 min) Monthly partner check-ins: 2 hours per partner
