Weekly Marketing Metrics

Red Flags

⚠️ If you notice: - CAC increasing >20% month-over-month - Conversion rates declining - Competitors gaining significant mindshare - Budget running out before launch - Key channels underperforming consistently

Time Budget

Weekly updates: 1-2 hours (metrics, quick optimizations) Monthly deep dive: 3-4 hours (strategy review, channel analysis) Launch period: 10-15 hours/week (intensive execution)
