This document outlines compounding loops grounded in developer value and partner distribution. Objective: Define few, durable loops and the instrumentation to track them.

Key Loops

1) Integrations → Directory → Co-marketing → More Integrations - Ship SDK + starter templates → partners list in “Works with AI Wallet” → joint posts/tutorials → repeat. 2) Budgets Enforced → Trust → Enterprise Pilots → Case Studies - Governance events create trust signals → unlock enterprise pilots → social proof → more pilots. 3) Consent Receipts → Compliance Wins → Verifier Adoption → Ecosystem Pull - Verifiable receipts lead to internal compliance wins → lightweight verifier adoption → network effects via distribution.

Decisions/Implications

  • Prioritize loops 1 and 2 for near-term growth; loop 3 seeds medium-term ecosystem leverage.

  • Keep router-neutral posture in all comms; emphasize “works with” positioning.
