Pre-Update Checklist

Before You Start

  • [ ] Different versions (30-sec, 2-min, 10-min) aligned?

3. Messaging Frameworks (messaging-frameworks.md)

  • [ ] Developer messaging still accurate?
  • [ ] Enterprise messaging resonate with buyers?
  • [ ] Partner messaging align with co-marketing?
  • [ ] Investor messaging reflect market opportunity?

Update immediately if: - Product positioning fundamentally changes - Target audience shifts significantly - Competitive landscape requires repositioning - Customer feedback indicates brand message isn't landing

Annual review: 6-8 hours (comprehensive audit) Mid-year pulse check: 2 hours (quick alignment check) Rapid pivot: 1-2 days (if major repositioning needed)
