Status: completed
Notes: Key Insights + Sources added to 7 target docs; migration-map set to in-progress; stubs created; frontmatter wording standardized to 6 fields.

Validation Script Hardening (scripts/validate-docs.sh)
Status: completed (2025-11-07)
Changes: PATH→LINK_PATH; exclude 00-* from section count; README checks scoped; non-exempt frontmatter gate; stable stale-check; root README internal link count fixed.
Result: Script runs clean on current repo; 0 issues reported; safer for CI-ish use.

Phase 2 Mapping Correction (many-to-many targets)
Problem: Initial Phase 2 scoping implied 1:1 PDF→doc mapping; PDFs span multiple sections causing misplaced ownership and missed cross-links.
Scope (minimal):
- Update migration-map.md to include Additional Targets per PDF with rationale.
- For secondary targets, add cross-links to primary extracts (no duplication).
- Defer scoped excerpts to Phase 3 where clearly additive.
Acceptance: Migration map updated; status log appended; at least two secondary cross-links added; no duplicated insights.
